Delivery Service

We currently are able to deliver to the UK , the European Union and the United States.
All European Union deliveries are via UPS, US Deliveries are via DHL.
You may want to use our gift service - you can arrange to deliver boxed gifts to a different address from your own, with a message from yourself at no additional charge. See the Personal Information page during the checkout process.
We endeavour to deliver all EU purchases within 5 working days, US purchases within 10 working days .
We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email.
We will send a further email confirming the dispatch of your order via UPS which will include a tracking number to check the progress of your purchases.

A packing note with clear instructions on our returns procedure is included with all purchases.
